Why You Should Care About Mobility – Jessica Estrela Copy

Mobility is a word that is popping up all over the place but is it just a fad? What exactly is mobility and why is it important? Mobility is the ability to actively move your body freely and efficiently through a range of motion and involves flexibility, muscle strength, and muscle endurance. We live in a sitting world and with all that sitting comes muscle and joint restrictions. Mobility training is a quick and simple way to help counter all of our sitting and help prevent loss of range of motion, flexibility, strength and endurance.
