Injuries are tough! There are so many factors that come into play when rehabbing an injury. A big part of that is not knowing where to start and what you can and can’t do. You have to learn how to work with your body in its current state and not fight against it. The internet is an amazing place with so much information and free content telling you what you need to fix your knee or your hip!! BUT this can be overwhelming and confusing to sift through it and find what you REALLY need to get started. Every BODY is unique and has unique needs and it’s about finding what works for you.
