Sangeetha took an unconventional approach into her career as a Nutrition & Fitness coach. She graduated from University with a Bachelors in Political Science, and went on to work in the corporate world. During those years she also started competing in Powerlifting and quickly developed a curiosity for nutrition and fat loss. Over the course of a few years nutrition and strength training became a focus for her, as she became more serious about athletics and climbed the Canadian ranks becoming one of the top 52kg lifters in the country. In trying to become a better athlete, she started researching everything to do with nutrition, and lifestyle habits in hopes of improving my performance in the gym. Today, she works with a multitude of clients in and out of the fitness world. She’s got a passion for learning and researching all things related to health, nutrition, and mindset in order to help her clients throughout their nutrition and fitness journey. Her applications are straightforward, practical and non-restrictive. She’ll never tell you to deprive yourself or ban certain foods from your life. Instead, her mission is to help you tune back into your body’s inner wisdom about how to truly nourish yourself, find movements you enjoy —so that you can free up space in your life for bigger and better things.
