To complete your FIT CHICKS University for recertification of the Fitness & Nutrition Expert Program, please complete the following steps:
- Sign the FCU Certification Program Agreement
- Complete each lesson by watching the associated video.
- Each lesson is followed by a quiz. A minimum score of 90% is required to pass each quiz, and you are allowed 3 attempts.
- Upload a copy of your CPR Certification.
- You have 30 days to complete this course.
*Please Note: Once you have completed all lessons and uploaded your CPR, your certificate will appear on this page.

canfitpro Continuing Education Credits
To receive the 4 Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s) for your canfitpro PTS or FIS recertification, you have the OPTION to complete the 8 online tutorials under FIT CHICKS University. This is not required to keep your Fitness & Nutrition Expert Certification in good standing but is an optional offering for you to complete.
